Here is a superb highly lustrous and perfectly clear quartz from Montgomery displaying a beautiful architecture. Notice how light splits into bluish hints along the faces and the small sliver of sparkling white quartz sedimented at the back of the top right crystals. Ex coll. Robert Taurel. Robert was one of the very first Oisans cristalliers and a pioneer of several localities now considered classics of the French Alps. He also curated an international quartz and gems collection, gathered up between the 1970's and 2000's.
