Here is a superb and complete crystal of scheelite (7.5 cm large) from Xuebaoding, displaying a delightful intense orange colour, multiple small faces making for a beautiful sparkling visual effect as light is reflected over all these surfaces. The terminations are sharp and absolutely pristine. Notice also the combination with a colorless polysynthetic fluorite crystal on the front face and muscovite mica sheets at the back. A superb and high quality modern classic for the species! Ex coll. H. Descormes.
