General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) – Cristosud
Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “GTCS”) govern the contractual relationship between Cristosud (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and any person (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) wishing to make a purchase via the website cristosud.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

Article 3 – Products and Services
The Seller offers for sale and rental a selection of crystals and minerals. The essential characteristics of each product are presented on the Website.
Article 4 – Prices
The prices of the products are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT included). They take into account the applicable VAT on the day of the order. The sales prices do not include delivery costs, which are indicated before the order is confirmed.
Article 5 – Orders
The Customer may place an order on the Website by following the indicated steps. Validation of the order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.
Article 6 – Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
The cost of returning a product is borne by the Customer.
Returns are accepted within 14 days after purchase.
The delivery time is given for information purposes only and may vary depending on the delivery method and product availability.
Article 7 – Payment
Payment is made online by credit card via a secure payment system.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is an existing dispute.
Article 8 – Product Return
The Customer is responsible for maintaining the rented product in good condition throughout the rental period.
The Customer must return the product within 48 hours, with shipping costs at their own expense.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
Article 9 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, the Customer has a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of the product for a new purchase.
To exercise this right, the Customer must inform the Seller of their decision by email or letter.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
The Seller will refund the Customer as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned product.
Article 10 – Warranties
The products sold by the Seller are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.
Article 11 – Liability
The Seller shall not be held liable for any indirect damages resulting from the delivery or use of the product.

The Seller undertakes to respect the confidentiality of personal data communicated by the Customer.

Article 14 – Modification of the GTCS

Article 15 – Applicable Law and Disputes
These GTCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavor to reach an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts.
